When it comes to health and wellbeing, I believe people’s experiences and ideas are powerful. Bringing people together with varied perspectives often helps answer two important questions: are we solving the right problem, and what is the right solution to explore?
I love to work collaboratively to understand and solve complex problems. I am excellent at managing project details, facilitating conversations, and bringing together perspectives and constraints to find a direction forward.
My management style is person-centred and open, using people’s strengths to help them feel empowered and motivated to harness opportunities for growth. This is also present in my approach to internal and external stakeholder management.
At the Innovation Unit I have supported a number of projects in the mental health space, as well as contributing my service design expertise to design sprints in areas I'm less familiar with (e.g. the cost of living crisis and family hubs). I am a coach and masterclass leader on the Innovation Unit Design Academy, as well as ensuring learning is inclusive, accessible, and personalised for each person.
